College knowledge
Former UH offensive tackle RJ Hollis will train in Hawaii ahead of the Warriors’ pro day in March.
The decision allows Hollis to remain on football scholarship while working toward completing a bachelor’s degree in economics.
“1 class left until I graduate,” Hollis texted to the Warrior Beat.
Outside linebacker Jerrol Garcia-Williams, who graduated last month, also will remain in Hawaii while he recovers from thumb surgery. Garcia-Williams turned down an invitation to participate in this Sunday’s Tropicana Bowl. He expects to be fully healthy for pro day.

Happy new year and best wishes on Warrior recruiting
Holla… recruit!!!
Good luck to RJ and Jerrol! Hoping for upcoming great recruiting news also!
Hope to see some amazing commitments over the next few weeks leading to a amazing signing day! #Hanapa’a #inrolowetrust
Wisemen.
We’re currently checking the junkyard for workable parts.
Good luck (and smart move) by RJ. Same to JG Williams.
Sources report that Navy’s Kenny Niumatalolo is a strong candidate for the Cal job. Also, former UH assistant and long time OSU DC Mark Banker will not return as Nebraska’s DC under Mike Riley.
Nebraska firing Mark Banker ends a 20 year coaching relationship he had at 4 different schools with Mike Riley. Stuff happens, I guess.

Ipu Man, on prior post, Benjy is an assistant at Cal State Bakersfield, after one year at Southeast Missouri State.
Island Man, Thanks for the update on Benjy.
Wish him well.
Great Afternoon All!
Good choices…
need to make ’em!
Benjy Taylor was a train wreck waiting to happen.
Mr. Tsai, we (or in particular, your neighbor) want to know who’s enrolled (or not enrolled) for the spring semester. That will settle some of the questions about recruiting.
Let’s get some more quality additions starting this weekend-Stephen or anyone else know who is on the visitor list this weekend? GoWarriors!!!!!
