Nick Rolovich declared today’s practice as one of the “best since the UMass game.”
“And it was an hour and 10 minutes,” Rolovich said. “We got a ton of work in. I liked the energy and tempo. This is the first day I saw them get ready for a game.”
For a week following the UMass game, the Warriors were not allowed to practice while awaiting an official invitation from the Hawaii Bowl. Last week Wednesday, they reviewed video cutups of Middle Tennessee. But last week’s practices focused on the Warriors’ own schemes. Today, they began implementing their game plan.
“It was much sharper,” Rolovich said of today’s practice. “It was good tempo. We got through periods fast.”

The Missus and I are looking forward to watching the game! Good to see the Warriors are getting pimped up too! Been to long since we’ve been in that bowl.
GO WARRIORS!!!
Ooops! I meant to say “pumped up” above.
Nice “headline,” Stephen.
Off topic, but may I say rest in peace to Tom Moffatt; a good man and a great ambassador for music. So many fond memories of KPOI and the “Poi Boys.” Hey, I once was in the wedding party for a former Miss KPOI!
RIP Tom Moffatt, favorite DJ in my teens and incredible concert promoter.
Thanks for the memories!
I had hoped Tom would have been asked to set up another UH Athletic department concert fund-raiser. He would have been the only credible and trusted promoter after the Wonder Blunder.
Still updating my Mainland & International Tsai-ko list at:

If you have moved or never said you reside outside of Hawaii, please post your city and state/country here on the blog. There might be other Tsai-kos near you (das why need your city too). ๐
Howzit Tsaikos!
Wow, first Maeda @ Castle now Amosa Amosa @ Campbell
Tom-Warriornation-all you had to do was ask……70-73 gold helmets-old gold pants, Forrest Green jersey with White numerals. Away jersey was a White jersey with green numerals. I still have my green jersey with old gold trim #50. It is 45 years old! If they ever had a display of “uniforms thru the years” I would gladly donate-GoWarriors!!!
Re Star-Advertiser, “”…Campbell athletic director Sam Delos Reyes indicated that the program โwill go in a different direction.โ” Sorry to read this. I thought Campbell was in the right direction. But I guess politics.
Wonder if Brent Brennan going to hire Colt at San Jose?
off topic – Lame Kifffin lands HC job.
Florida Atlantic: Lane Kiffinโs contract will be a 5-year deal that pays him $950,000 in year one, according to the Associated Press. ESPN adds that the deal totals $4.75 million, with a buyout of $2.5 million in the first year that reduces by $500,000 each year.
Re.: Campbell getting rid of Amosa Amosa.
I wish Aiea High football cared about their football program that much also. It would be nice seeing Aiea football win again. It seems Aiea football has a losing season every year. I guess their football coach has an ironclad agreement with the school and the community.
Anyone want to guess?
