Moody set to join Warriors
Marc Moody, a Saint Louis School graduate who was Pacific’s defensive coordinator the past football season, is set to join the Warriors as an intern on defense.
Moody was a UH linebacker for a year before transferring to Saddleback College. He then played for Pacific’s resurrected football program in 2010 and 2011.
Before being promoted to defensive coordinator, Moody had coached Pacific’s defensive ends and the defensive line, coordinated the junior-varsity program, was the point recruiter in Hawaii and Southern California and, even, served as equipment coordinator.
Moody and John Estes, a former UH guard/center, are two of the four interns the Warriors will employ this season.

Good morning Tsaikos!
Is there still an opening for Special Teams Coach?
Mayur Chaudhari was named special teams coordinator last month.
Are we looking for another experienced quarterback who could help us this upcoming season?
There’s a possibility an experienced QB will be added before training camp.
Nice to have former Warriors as football coaching interns. Marc Moody must have really wanted to come home to take a position as intern after serving as the DC for Pacific. Thanks to both John Estes and Marc for returning to support the Warrior program.
Thanks for being back again in the saddle, ST.
So much to report on, so little time..
Did not know we had a special teams coach.
Hope he kicketh ath.

Guud Afternoon Tsaikos…Bootiful day!
A bit wet but much needed ua. Waiting for the next pour later this afternoon.
Next week … first practice?….
any rumblings about Tuileta turning out for football?
besides Woosley, no UH QB has thrown a pass in a “live” game – kinda spooky – still hold that Zwahlen will emerge as #1
Moody – another great name in Hawaii football joining the Warriors. Nice. Spring has sprung and the smell of football is in the air. Always fun to watch new coaching staffs working with the Warriors. Hope springs eternal.
Will practices be open to the public Stephen? Do we have a complete spring roster yet?
Top 10!
Welcome back, Marc Moody!
Great Evening All!
Nice to hear the news about Mr. Moody. Welcome home.
Developed much respect for him when he took the field for Pacific in their first year back in football. He was one of a few who had any collegiate playing experience amongst eager, raw freshmen (many from Hawaii). It was a brutal year for the Tigers particularly when they came to McMinnville.
But he stuck it out and played for his HS DC, Jacob Yoro, until he finally was forced to sit out with injuries.
aloha all , welcome home Moody !! ST any hints who might be a QB that they might add ?
Just guessing it might be Jarin Morikawa Mililani/UNLV/Jackson State. Jackson State has a new head coach, so without Timmy Chang as OC, Morikawa’s chances of sticking with the Tigers was slim to none.
When does spring training begin? Someone said this Monday morning?
Hope Rolo has the QB’s prove their accuracy by having
them heave the ball into garbage cans 40 yards or more away.
Wasn’t Colt Brennan successful in doing this over his rivals?
The Warriors open spring training on Monday, with the first practice at 7 a.m. on Tuesday; per ST’s blog yesterday.
Welcome home Mr. Moody & Mr. Estes; and great to have our blog back ST!
Heard Kanawai Noa is coming home…
