D-end suspended for spring ball
Defensive end Jamie Tago is suspended from participating in spring practice because of a violation of team rules, coach Nick Rolovich confirmed today.
It has not been determined when Tago will be permitted to rejoin the Warriors.
Tago, who initially played for the Warriors in 2014 and 2015, is considered one of the top prospects of their 2017 recruiting class.
Tago joined the Warriors in January.
The other mid-year transfers have benefited from the Warriors’ earlier spring training. Wideout Marcus Armstrong-Brown has made several big catches in scrimmage-like sessions. Kalepo Naotala, who needed the fall semester to rehab his knee, has contributed on the defensive line. And cornerbacks Eugene Ford and Manu Hudson-Rasmusssen and safety Jay Dominique have made plays in the secondary.
Guud Morning Tsaikos…Bootiful Day!
Disappointed at Tago. Needs to want to be part of the Warrior Ohana and not be selfish. Hoping he can make amends and be back on the team. Everyone needs to paddle the canoe.
Focus up and get your head on straight.
Is he losing his scholarship? What a loss…I hope he gets his head straight or give his scholarship to someone else.
Per the SA article, Tago remains on scholarship. Nice update on DBs Manu Hudson-Rasmussen, Eugene Ford and Jay Dominique; WR Marcus Armstrong-Brown.
When and where is the 2017 SPRING GAME?
We want to attend.
THANKS for the info!!!
Since Tago is out, any chance we can get our other troubled DE back? Dues paid, no?
A few UH game package updates for Reno and Las Vegas from Panda, Non-Stop Travel, and Vacations Hawaii in todays paper. Summarized at:

If you are planning (even tentatively) to attend any UH away game this year, please post here or email me.
Details such as lodging and ETA/ETD dates are especially important for LAS VEGAS since for logistic and party planning purposes 🙂
WARNING FOR HAWAII!. BREAKING NEWS IN LAS VEGAS!. There were total of eight State Board of Health Inspectors where arrested for under the table pay off by large corporations. Department of Medical Centers around the ask the state to check the citywide. Because 90% of employment has checking in the ER for food poison. 80% of visitors from other countries were checking the same problems. State of Nevada ask you to be careful whatever you are going to eat outside. One of the inspector told the news reporters that? One Hotel had given him $5,000.00 to pass them and given them a grade A. The place should had been shut down under everything were be inspection again. They’re grade should be a F!. The best was the box’s of streaks and chickens were on the floor of dirty water and soaking. They told the head chef to just put it back on the shelf. Plus bags of rice had holes. Because of rats had been eating it. A lot’s of small companies had been complaining to the state broad about it. I just wanted to make sure to alert all you peoples from Hawaii don’t get sick on your travel to Las Vegas!
Wonder why they
never give the specific violation
in suspensions?
Privacy laws.
Not a big deal. In China, the Yangze river cruises wash the rice in the Yangze river. True account! In Chna Town Honolulu, there’s a restaurant that dumps the rice on the ground outside. And there’s some Zippys stories
JAMIE TAGO … get your “act” together … you are a special person w/ a special talent … don’t let it get to your head … be a team player and get your degree …
BE A WARRIOR / LIVE ALOHA / PLAY WARRIOR & DEFEND THE ROCK
Live in North Las Vegas, NV. Food eateries here are plenty, you roll the dice to eat at any restraunts on the strip or other places. thats the nature of the beasts. Local news reports, most asian eateries, will cross the line to feed you food, from kitchens that are substandard. I mean really substandard. Wife and I eat at home, its safer. Visitors be vigilant to search the internet for awesome, and safe places to eat. For example: the cracker barrel, brand spanking new to Las Vegas, food there is great.
Mildly interesting coincidence: Benjy Taylor, as an assistant coach at Cal-State Bakersfield, gets a crack at California in the First Round of the National Invitational Tournament.
I watched the WAC final.
The offense that the Roadrunners looked familiar.
Does anybody know why the Big West is a snob about Cal-State Bakersfield?
Are they horrific academically? I think the reason why Boise State can’t get into the Pac-12 is because, supposedly, BSU started out as a trucking school.
The Big West could use a tenth team.
Utah Valley, perhaps?
I hope Julissa Tago returns.
I like all of Coach Beeman’s players.
