Thoughts on tonight's match vs. Texas?
Starting a new thread since discussion began on the previous one.
It should be interesting to see the matchups, and should become obvious early if Hawaii can counter Texas with some speed on offense, strong passing and serving. But, as they say, it’s why they play the game.
And, no, don’t know how many tickets are left. Waiting on an answer

What ever happens Na Wahine won’t rollover because they are Texas.
Non Related to Wahine vs Texas
Although they were swept UCSB played Stanford pretty tight.Watched it on Big West TV,I was impressed.
According to Digg’n Na Wahine ( not owned by me ) the LBSU match @ LBSU will be on Fox Sports Prime Ticket again this year.
A couple of upsets today , Central Arkansas defeated No. 20 Kansas, 3-1 and Illinois beat # 18 Florida State
Here are my thoughts on tonight’s match vs. Texas. The Wahines need to serve tough, not put up those lollipop serves. Take Texas out of system, make them very predictable. On the other hand, the Wahines need to receive and pass well, give Uiato many options, instead of just high Left Side. If the Wahines do these things well, they have a chance of beating Texas, otherwise, it might be 3 and adios. Hope you agree with my thoughts, Cindy.
LC, the Central Arkansas upset is surprising, the Illinois one, not so much. Illinois is a decent team.
I don’t really have any particular thoughts about tonight’s match but I still remember what the former head coach at Illinois said in their student newspaper, Hawai`i is a program who loves to ( use your imagination) on your dreams.
thanks LC. I just got the info on FSW. Was filling it out with updated coaches recrods.
shut/slow down their All Americans, defense, defense defense… and a really quick offense to counter & agree with tough serving !
Height + really skilled is hard to over come. I just hope the Wahine makes these guys work for every point.
Whoohoo! Taylor starting on right. Game will start soon and I’m looking for a great match win or lose cause ain’t no quit in Wahine! Go Wahine!
