stopped by sand for a bit. They leave Tuesday hoping to avoid the problems they had last year with travel. But Alvarez said that even though they had to do vans from Houston that the team bonded and made the best of a long travel itinerary.
No men’s poll today. think not until after the final four.

Question: OC Sports once again will broadcast the semifinals on Thursday. I also looked up Pepperdine volleyball’s home page and they also mentioned that the match will be shown on video. I clicked on the link and it went straight to OC sports. But no one outside Hawaii could watch the match as they must be an Oceanic subscriber. IF MPSF allows Oceanic Sports to be the sole broadcaster of the semifinals, shouldn’t the TV station be required to make the online broadcast available to everybody? Any comments, anybody?
I agree, Big Island! I’d even pay-per-view to watch it, as I’m on the mainland and now the only way I can keep up is via live stats, and texts from friends/parents attending the match. Maybe I should send a note to Oceanic…but it’s probably too late for them to set something like that up. I think they could make a fortune!

new thread up for Tuesday on Wahine schedule.
As for TV, you would think that video would be made available, even if pay-per-view.
Not seeing that OC is televising the second semifinal. It’s not like the MPSF has given the TV rights to Oceanic. Oceanic is broadcasting Hawaii’s matches, which is part of their contract with UH.
Send a note to Oceanic. Perhaps something could be done.
