Tried to watch it via streaming on big west, it got stuck in the 1st set after the media timeout and decided to not replay the 16th point for the 5th time in the a row haha. Do we know if b/c UH moved to a different conference that we are playing a # of teams that we haven’t ever played before? I haven’t heard 3-4 of the teams that we face this season or did it just happen that these teams were scheduled years in advance and it appears that since we moved conferences we are playing teams/schools we’ve never heard of before?
13. Since the regular conference season is shorter, we need more ooc matches, so less teams that are known.
Heard that one of LMC’s setters was sick and stayed behind at the hotel.
Nice to see everyone play. James has been here for 3 years and this is the first time I’ve seen him play (other than as a serving sub).
Very small crowd last night. Hope there’s bigger crowds for the other 2 games.

new thread up for Friday
13. they went from 18 conference matches (MPSF) to 10 (BWC) so have to fill the schedule somehow
15. both of LMC’s freshmen setters where here last night but not in uniform. I know one was sick but the coach didn’t say anything about the status. they used an outside hitter to set.
their normal starting setter played tonight in a 3-1 win voer Thompson Rivers.
Punahoiu Carnival so I’m not expected huge crowds for what are exhibition matches.
