  3. Beauston March 29, 2019 4:31 pm

So 1st they said Hawaii has played unknown teams… and then said the 1st set was a close game? Are we watching the same game?

Re: remarks from the commentators…Just goes to show that Hawai’i will get no respect even if they’re undefeated in matches and individual sets…Doesn’t matter, they prove themselves on the court where it counts…Go Bows!

  12. Engawa March 29, 2019 9:27 pm

Rado keeps leading the team in errors…tonight 4 of the team’s 6. I hope he is seriously trying to cut the errors down.

    Aloha Cindy,

Do you know if the Big West tourney will be televised? Trying to find out for my wheelchaired friend.

    Mahalo!

#12 – and yet, he hit .389. So what are you complaining about?

  15. Cindy Luis March 30, 2019 9:38 am

    12. think that’s a bit harsh. several times Parapunov’s attacks were ruled out. Later review saw that they were in, including 2 yesterday.
the errors you should be looking at is if he gets blocked.
you can’t go off the box score. you don’t know where the set was, if it was a hittable and he just took a no-way swing, or if it was called out when it wasnt.
Hawaii also called for 5 net violations. Wade wasn’t happy because he said they were bogus.
    13. have mentioned before Yes on TV
    14. exactly.
    new thread up for Saturday
