The end is here
Today’s UH-Long Beach State is the final sporting event on the Manoa campus this athletic year.
It also will be the final home game for 12 baseball seniors — a 13th, Colin Ashworth, is expected to return on a medical exemption.
Today’s senior celebration comes with a bonus. Dr. Ron Cambra, UH’s Assistant Vice Chancellor of Undergraduate Education, will present replica diplomas to this year’s 14 graduates. Most of the graduates, including junior Jackson Rees, missed UH’s commencement ceremony last week because they were on a road trip.

Season started with sooooo much promise. Then injuries and a slump in conference took its toll. Well, there’s always next year.

Yep…Fortunes can turn around quick because of the weakness of the collective Conferences all of our programs belong to, especially Men’s Basketball. Even Big West baseball not so strong as in the past. 2018=2019 can be a big year for Hawaii Athletics so be ready. Women’s Volleyball can set the table for a big, big year. Go BOWS! (and Warriors!)
Winning season for UH baseball, they have 26 wins, at least.
Withdrawals begins ….
Congratulations to all UH teams and graduates!!
