Hawaii football: Aloha Stadium scrimmage live blog (CANCELED)
UPDATE: Well, sorry UH fans, per UH media access policy, we’re not able to live blog the scrimmage in person. We’ll try to give some general updates on Twitter.
You can check out Stephen Tsai’s roundup of notes from the session.
Christian Shimabuku was at the stadium, too, and wrote about coveted single-digit jersey numbers and how they must be earned.

We’ll be doing a live blog of Hawaii’s expected controlled scrimmage at Aloha Stadium this Saturday morning.
UH is at the stadium because of concerns of damaging its grass practice field if the team practiced on it soggy (and the T.C. Ching artificial turf field being unavailable during track renovations). The session is closed to the public.
Check back here for updates. The scrimmage could start around 9 a.m.

Media access policy??? UH Athletics could use a boost in football attendance. What a missed opportunity to generate public interest.
At least the blog isn’t cancelled. Let’s discuss.
