Manase Time, a highly recommended safety from Golden West College (Huntington Beach, Calif.), has accepted a UH scholarship offer. Time is 6 feet and 205 pounds. He will have three years to play three UH seasons. Time is named after Manase Jesse Sapolu, the Farrington and UH graduate who earned four Super Bowl rings during a 15-year career with the San Francisco 49ers. Kapolei’s Faumui commits to Warriors

One of the state’s top players — Aaron Faumui of Kapolei High — told the Star-Advertiser he has accepted a scholarship from the Warriors. Faumui cited the Warriors’ “family” atmosphere as a large factor in his decision. He also received offers from Virginia, Florida, Wisconsin and Oregon. Faumui played on both sides of the line. UH’s pro day is set for March 20 on the Azusa Pacific University and Citrus College campuses. The meetings, interviews, measurements and weightlifting disciplines will be at the APU facilities. The sprints and field drills will be at neighboring Citrus Stadium, where APU plays its home games. Farrington d-lineman to join Warriors

Farrington defensive lineman Fo‘i Sila will be joining the Warriors as a preferred walk-on this summer. Sila played end and tackle for the Governors in 2017. “He hits hard,” Farrington coach Randall Okimoto said. “He’s a hard hitter and he hustles. And he has good grades.
