Each week, the Warriors stage their version of the scout bowl, a full-contact scrimmage involving redshirts and developing players. In this event, the quarterbacks are “live,” meaning they can be hit. And they were. Nose tackle Penitito “Kiko” Faalologo is expected to be part of the defensive rotation for Saturday’s game against Tennessee Martin. Faalologo traveled to Australia and Michigan for the Warriors’ first two games, but he did not play in the games because of a physical issue. “He’ll help out depth d-line-wise,” head coach Nick Rolovich said after this morning’s practice. Kory Rasmussen started at nose tackle and Zeno Choi opened at defensive tackle in the Warriors’ first two games.
