Middle linebacker Jahlani Tavai and center Kaiwi Chung participated in today’s first practice of training camp. This summer, they were withheld from team activities while school officials investigated their role in a June 9 scuffle. They were arrested on misdemeanor accusations. But no charges have been filed.
