The stars aligned for the Hawaii women’s volleyball team for the final few points against Long Beach State on a sold-out senior night. With the “white-out” crowd counting down the points to an outright Big West championship, coach Robyn Ah Mow had one thing left to accomplish: get all five of her seniors on the floor at the same time. “We were trying to figure out how we were going to do it, because usually Sib (Kirsten Sibley) comes in […]

Stork, CSUN’s 18th-year head coach, wants there to be a Big West postseason volleyball tournament to decide the assignment of the conference’s automatic NCAA tournament berth instead of the current setup of the regular-season champion getting the bid. Hawaii clinched its 27th straight NCAA appearance […]

By Cindy Luis on November 21, 2019

Heavy traffic expected for Friday with about 2,000 tickets left (as of 5:50 p.m. UH said 8,200 sold). On previous thread, someone said less than 900 when they went online to buy. I think because there is block seating for alumni that might be on hold that might make it look like fewer seats. From UH: Fans are encouraged to arrive early and allow extra transit time. >> Use the Waialae gate into lower campus >> Use alternate parking zones […]
