The Warriors practiced early this morning (6:30 a.m.) in their final home workout before their scheduled departure to Los Angeles this afternoon. Everyone appears to be in good shape — well, the exception being linebackers coach Sean Duggan, who underwent elbow surgery to repair an injury suffered during the Western Carolina game. But Duggan attended practice, and he’ll be coaching in Saturday’s game against UCLA.

The Warriors were clicking during today’s practice. (My car’s back tire, not so much, thanks to road work on the Pali. But I digress.) Following this morning’s practice at Aloha Stadium, the Western Carolina football team went to Pearl Harbor for the Arizona Memorial tour. “I think that’s important for our players,” coach Mark Speir said of the visit.
