UC Riverside spoiled Hawaii’s Senior Night with a 49-43 victory in the Stan Sheriff Center. The ‘Bows took a 40-39 lead with 4:38 to play when Eddie Stansberry hit three free throws. Hawaii football: Cole McDonald impresses at NFL Combine

Former UH quarterback Cole McDonald showed his speed and athleticism during today’s workouts at the NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis. On the Lucas Stadium surface, McDonald covered 40 yards in an unofficial 4.54 seconds on his second attempt. Hawaii football announces 2020 schedule

The Warriors will end the 2020 regular season with back-t0-back road games, according to the schedule released today by the Mountain West Conference. The announcement of the eight Mountain West games completes the Warriors’ 13-game, regular-season schedule. UH previously announced it would play five nonconference games — on the road against Arizona (Aug. 29) and Oregon (Sept. 19), and at home against UCLA (Sept. 5), Fordham (Sept. 12) and New Mexico State (Oct. 10). Hawaii football: Cole McDonald participates in NFL Combine

Former UH quarterback Cole McDonald texted that he underwent medical tests and was weighed and measured during his first full day at the NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis. McDonald said he arrived on Sunday night from California, where he has been training since declaring for the NFL draft last month. According to NFL.com, McDonald is listed at 6 feet 3 and 215 pounds. UC Irvine controlled the boards, the pace and then the narrative in 70-63 victory over Hawaii tonight in the Stan Sheriff Center.
