The shape of the Rainbow Warriors’ 2014 recruiting class will be solidified — or close to it — with this weekend’s recruiting visits. UH should know in two days whether it will be a Super Sunday.

Gary Beemer has turned down an offer from a BCS school and will remain as the Rainbow Warriors’ strength and conditioning coordinator. “I’m here for the long haul,” Beemer said. AccuWeather predicts a high of 36 degrees for Sunday’s Super Bowl. If so, each ticket holder, according to ESPN, will receive a “warming packet” of hand warmers, gloves that allow users to text, and headphones to listen to the game.
