Rigo Sanchez — placekicker, punter, kickoff specialist — was named Mountain West’s Special Teams Player of the Week. Sanchez has not missed a field goal this season, going 2-for2 in the 34-17 victory over San Jose State. He averaged 44.5 yards on six punts.
