Manu Rasmussen, a defensive back from Riverside (Calif.) City College, has accepted a football scholarship from the University of Hawaii. Rasmussen said he will sign a letter of intent today, the first day mid-year transfers may put their commitments in writing. University of Hawaii quarterback Beau Reilly is transferring to Texas A&M-Kingsville. Reilly, who is taking final exams this week, his wife and their 14-month-old son will be moving on Thursday.
