Warrior Beat: Hawaii football resumes summer workouts
After a one-week break, the Warriors were back on the grass practice field for offseason conditioning and then player-run practices. The incoming freshmen, who began the bridge program a couple weeks ago, were all in attendance. Some images:

GO WARRIORS !!!
Go Warriors!
Kohl looks NFL sized….good to see the boys committing to doing the work.
Ritner and Kahahawai-Welch are developing size on schedule. Almost there. One year away. Awesome. Go watch their hudl videos to help fuel your anticipation. Coming soon.
Do we really need pir linemen jumping over those hurdles? Seems like an injury waiting to happen on the landing. I prefer box jumps. Jump up, then down. Not over. Better on the knees for the big guys.
*our linemen
Super sad to hear about Sanitoa….just wow…
Andrew Choi is a spitting image of brother Zeno!
Chance K needs to add muscle and weight to become an effective DL — seems good height — weight room and plate lunches from Rainbow Drive Inn or Grace’s — chicken katsu curry and loco moco with extra rice and tree scoops of mac salad!
yes, yes, and yes!!!
good to see incoming freshmen working out with team mates — time to ‘bond’ and learn
Mahalo ST! I’m a huge fan of Arasi so it’s great to see him grinding with the boys. He will be a force one day. What I didn’t expect is to see Kaimana Waa looking so impressive physically. Kid has a college ready body right now!
Hot work in the summertime! Amazing to see the bigs hopping the hurdles! Are they still working out at the crack ‘o dawn, Stephen?
All Warriors! Warriors all! GO WARRIORS!!!
I like seeing OL working on lower body explosiveness and coordination. Getting up pretty high too. Gone are the days of sloppy OL with 2” verticals whose pants would slip and show moon. These are athletic R&S OL.
Warriors building some impressive depth on the roster. Looking forward to the Warriors becoming a consistent top contender in the Mountain West conference.
Ernest Moore, for a guy 6-8, looks very athletic jumping over the hurdle. Maybe the new starting right tackle.

Not sure when dawn cracked but they were out there at 6 am
Trying to temper my expectations, but our offense, from QB to receivers to running backs and the depth and experience at oline, have me believing we have a fairly formidable group this season….
Agree with H-man. Moore looks like he’s reshaped his body. It wouldn’t surprise me if he wins a starting job.
