Stephen…what is the proper pronunciation on Mr. Manning’s first name? I never saw that name before.
It’s early, but tv news said the rotation is McDonald, Moussa and then Cordeiro.
I saw you ST-looking u’i on the sidelines!
He’s a vegan now Boola! Could you tell the difference?
Not surprised about Darling being moved. He’s a terrific athlete. I smell trickeration in the right situation!
More Practice updates anyone?
I really feel that if we have Byrd,Ursua and JC Transfer Jojo Ward on the field at the same time it’s gonna create some really nice mismatches for our offense
Last year it seemed Dru Brown was overly comfortable with Ursua and hesitant (it looked like distrust with route reads) when throwing to other receivers, especially downfield. Collie was usually in the right place at the right time but he was a small target. Brown didn’t hesitate as much with him. But with the other receivers the timing looked clunky (maybe not enough separation?). I would expect more confidence with the entire group this summer. Lots of options to throw to. No need to be overly reliant on one target now. Nice.
McKenzie Milton is the best QB this season. He’s fun to watch.
Great Morning All!
re: #7
“arm strength” may be “overrated” at times but is often necessary…especially against D1 CB’s.
There was a reason the former QB1 was so comfortable with the under routes…they were reachable; but the offense wasn’t stretching the field.
I haven’t seen it first-hand yet but from most reports, it seems that won’t be an issue this season. 🙂
I know the Qb rec info gets tons of attention. The most unsettled an key component is the OL. Who is slotted where and of the newcomers who looks like a plug and play-very interested in Levao and Dalpe. Read an opinion somewhere that starting a freshman would be overwhelming-think not, goes on every day. If Solo is physically mature enough and is in the mix, well you play your best! GoWarriors!!
“Hey…you fast? Alright, ball’s comin’…” 4:34 mark

They ain’t open…ya gotta throw ’em open.
Maddog,
Certainly OL play is a big key and R&S almost always comes down to how your QB handles the free rusher, too.
Gotta see it then ya gotta deal widdit…
What is the early depth chart ?
Ferd said Ward is on the 2nd team.
Bears depth chart. Allen in “Other” column.
