Borengasser has options
Linebacker Austin Borengasser indeed has a bright future.
He recently received an offer to join the Merrill Lynch office in New York.
Borengasser acknowledged he has options, including returning to play for the Warriors this coming season.
Borengasser is a 2015 Kamehameha Schools graduate who joined the Warriors as a walk-on safety.

The ‘Bows, at least statistically, appear to be improved over last season.
This year, the UH bullpen has a collective 0.85 ERA (2 earned runs in 21.1 innings).
The infield also is better defensively. Last year, UH shortstops combined for a .919 fielding percentage and committed an error every 12.4 chances. This year, Maaki Yamazaki has committed one error in 28 chances.
Second baseman Dustin Demeter and third baseman Ethan Lopez have not committed an error this year.

Awaiting the final staff hire to round out coaches for this season. Saint it before and now again, in my opinion the staff has been hugely upgraded and if I was on the roster I would be anxious and excited to be tutored by vast experience and successful coaches. The OL coach has his work cut out for himself blending new and old and developing some heretofore unknowns into contributors. Coach Logo has a lot of new material to work with and I hope the entire defensive front is under his tutelage. By my count we will have some 30 departures from the 2017 roster when all said and done-probably going to have some 30 or so additions including scholarship PWO’s and late additions-can’t wait for the new look Warriors. Waiting for my Na Koa membership brochure to send in my contribution even though I do it online-Tom Kitaguchi keep up the solicitiations there is strength in numbers!!!!! GoWarriors!!!!!
