Coaching the coaches
About 100 high school coaches from across the state attended the Warriors’ football coaches clinic yesterday at the UH facilities.
The 5-hour event featured lectures, breakout sessions and, of course, a gathering to socialize and exchange ideas.
What was impressive with the turnout was, unlike past clinics, it was not tied with a spring practice. Instead, this was a clinic for coaches strictly interested in a clinic.

First. CoAches now smarter and want to learn
Its good to keep in contact with the high school coaches, get the local pipeline going again.
And the camps are coming up next month.
The evaluation period ends in 10 days.
What is a “breakout” session?
Go for break?
Gathering around the water cooler to talk story?
At Coaching clinics breakout session are specific topics covered in smaller groups-the OL coach goes to his subject matter group Rb coach to his session Qb coaches go to their session-all take place at same time-buffet style meeting-go to what interests you/
Is Kalei Greeley’s other brother coming to play for UH. Heard some one talking about it.
The heading describes when Dale Takahara-Dias used to attend other coaches’ practices to see how they were run.
Kalei’s brother, Kade Greeley, TE/6-6/230 is part of the 2017 recruit class.
Mad dog, thanks.
