Remember Dante Johnson?
He played free safety for the Warriors four years ago. He even had picks in back-to-back practices.

C’mon, anybody else besides BigWave remember him?
Well, after two seasons, Johnson disappeared from the UH roster.
But now he has reappeared as a receiver/defensive back for the Upstate Dragons (Greenville, S.C.) of Supreme Indoor Football.

NY Jets fans began a “Junk for Josh” campaign.
“Josh” is Wyoming quarterback Josh Allen, regarded as one of the top prospects for the 2018 NFL draft.
UH opens MWC play against Wyoming on Sept. 23 in Laramie.

josh allen is getting a lot of media hype,but i would take dru brown over him any day.
Looking for bigger and better things from “Sunshine” at QB, St. Juste at RB, and the rest of the returnees in 2017. Props to the UH Strength Staff for improving the team’s conditioning. No need fancy kine stuff to get the team ready to perform. All of the plushness sure didn’t help the OU Ducks.

Met Dante in 2011 when he reshirted with Samson Anguay, Ryan Pasoquen, Calen Friel, etc
Kapakahi also remember’s Dante well. Too bad Norm didn’t utilize him.

Sorry going back to yesterday, there is someone else on campus who could be 2 sport star at Manoa.
Back in High School, Sarah Toeaina was a top volleyball and basketball player in Washington State.
BTW Nate Jackson (football & baseball) and Leroy Lutu (basketball and football) were also a 2 sport players
I recall Chris Roscoe dunking on a team that didn’t(couldn’t) dunk.
Justice Sueing brought the dunk back into Hawaii basketball.
