Spring break workout
Ah, spring break, a time for the youthful to have fun, relax and … workout?
The offseason conditioning program resumes next week, but three Warriors mixed embracing Kauai’s wonders with a good cardio workout. Offensive lineman Austin Webb, wideout Ammon Barker and linebacker Max Broman hiked the 11-mile Kalalau Trail along the Na Pali Coast. It was a scenic change for Webb, who was raised in Texas. Barker and Broman are from Utah.
On a sorta related note, happy birthday to Liz Kauai.

Great to see UH players bonding and enjoying the treasures of Hawaii!
Really glad these players are taking advantage of spring break to explore the outer islands. And wishing Liz Kauai a Happy Birthday.
Very cool!
These guys represent the our state as Warriors and its good for them to see more of our islands. I spose they’re up there with the strength coach?
Happy Birthday Miss Liz!

GOOD AFTERNOON, HAWAII!
And Happy Birthday, Liz Kauai!
who took the photo?
Enjoy the islands and no forget to visit another Warrior, Mayor of Bernard Carvalho. See and feel the aloha my Warriors!
Darn.
I missed baseball post day.
Nevada has a very low RPI.
Hawaii needs another sweep.
So far, they have no bad losses.
On Sunday, I wish Coach Trapasso got more pitchers into the game.
See if Issac Friessen can pitch, for instance. Also, give Patrick Martin a no pressure situation. We already know Hagel-Pitt is decent.
I think the coach said that Martin is recovering from an injury.
Watch out when hiking in the islands.
Love the offense.
It’s as if the composite bats came back.
Seeing back-to-back doubles is a real treat.
I also like how Jackson Rees is making a case for the third slot in the rotation as the conference season looms.
Probably, the harder thrower, be it Rees or Uskali, should be the bullpen guy.
If Hawaii wants to be considered as a potential at-large team, they need to sweep Nevada, a potential RPI-killer. So far, they have no truly bad losses; no losses by teams outside 200. Nevada’s day-to-day range is around 199-204.
Sweeping Sacred Heart and San Jose State is a major accomplishment, given the context of the past six seasons. They couldn’t even sweep Chicago State. They started last year getting shutout by Hawaii-Hilo, which killed my soul.
Great Morning All!
Enjoy the Aina but agree with islandman…”Let’s be careful out there!”
Belated Happy Birthday to LizKauai!
…das it!
