Last call
Today’s practice — the final one of training camp — also is the last chance for fans to watch the Warriors work out ahead of the Sept. 3 opener against Colorado.
Today’s practice begins at 11 a.m.
The Warriors will practice in the morning beginning on Monday. The exceptions are a late-afternoon practice at Aloha Stadium and a night practice at Ching field next week.

Before each practice, a freshman must lead the Warriors in singing the fight song. Offensive lineman J.R. Hensley nailed it during yesterday’s rendition.
And from exactly three years ago: UH fight song video

Ahhh. I can’t make it. Family lunch for a visiting relative from the Mainland.
Boolakanaka Thanks for the suggestion. We love Jade Garden for dim sum, it’s our son’s favorite place. Nearby there’s Kau Kau BBQ for excellent char siu, similar to those found at Lagoon Chinese Food on Wai Wai Loop. Found a good place for lau lau at Hawaiian Sun BBQ in Everett
Fo real–never heard about that place in Everett, mahalo!!
Hoping Brenden Urban and Ben Clarke are named co-captains for the Colorado game. How often two seniors from the same town (Littleton, Colorado and same high school) are starters on the same O-line. Great article in today’s SA about Brenden.
H-Man:
Urban is a good guy.
In Nashville to watch MM and the Titans play the Rams. Got to eat some local grinds at L&L Hawaiian grill here in FrankLin Tn., life is Good.
Checked out the Mariota display at Buti Groove. Cool. Got MM8’s game used Rose Bowl and National Championship jerseys on display. Let’s just say that the National Champioship jersey looks a bit more game used. Hehe. Limited time only. So they say.
Last day of Fall practice…
…means the season opener is rapidly approaching… 🙂
The wait seemed shorter this year.
“The last day of Fall practice…:

ST, I kinda felt that he was cool. After a few spring practice sessions, he, Ben and some of the Wahine Indoor VB players would hang around the sand VB courts to watch the sand matches. They were there to support the Wahine. I thought cool.
