Individual Wahine volleyball tickets on sale Monday

Individual tickets for the 2014 University of Hawaii Rainbow Wahine volleyball season will go on sale Monday, Aug. 4. Fans buying individual match tickets are able to select their own seats when purchasing online. Season tickets and six-match mini packs are already on sale. Fans can purchase tickets online, visit the Stan Sheriff Center box office (Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) or call (808) 944-2697 during the same hours.
The season kicks off with the Chevron Rainbow Wahine Invitational from Aug. 29-31, a tournament that includes Mid-American Conference champion Ohio and 2013 NCAA Tournament participant Arizona State.
Individual ticket prices are as follows:
Lower level – $20
Upper level adult – $15
Upper level senior citizen (65+) – $10
Upper level student (ages 4-high school) – $5
Season ticket prices are as follows:
Lower level – $175 plus an `Ahahui Koa Anuenue premium seat contribution ($100-$120 depending on location)
Upper level adult – $135
Upper level senior citizen (65+) – $110
Upper level student (ages 4-high school) – $75
Mini Pack Prices (6-games):
Upper level adult – $60
Upper level senior citizen (65+) – $45
Upper level student (ages 4-high school) – $30
*** On the UH site it says that Hawai`i was in the top 5 for attendance last year we were actually # 2. Must have been difficult saying # 2

don’t know much about Ann’s book other than she’s finished it. Haven’t spoken to Shoji about it.
USA in the world grand prix so far, one word YIKES.
Oh well the only players on the current team I like is Foluke and Kelly Murphy kind of, don’t care for the rest.
I’ll pay attention again when Destinee and Logan return, and Hopefully they finally give Danielson a shot.

The way I read it, Shoji had mixed feelings about the book being written at all. He’s always been pretty low profile and has never wanted a lot of the spotlight on him.
I don’t know if he had access to the manuscript prior to printing and pre-approval of what was written. I would think that he did.
4 They could win only when Destinee Hooker was on the team. Now she’s out with a baby. Too bad. I agree with you that the current roster is ineffective. I’m surprised, though, that they could Brazil four times in a row. Seems like Brazil didn’t care too much, but come next week, Brazil will win in Rio.
6. have to disagree. They’ve won without Hooker before.
Besides, the Olympics are over 2 years away. That’s when things will count.
As for the ‘friendlies’ with Brazil. That’s what they were. Competitions that didn’t count toward the rankings. I think Brazil cared. The U.S found a away to win, particularly 3-2 twice in Hawaii.
4. it’s not that Danielson hasn’t been given a shot. Kiraly told me they’ve been in negotiations but her commitment is to her pro team. Works both ways.
If you look at Stan Sheriff Center, it suits the surroundings. Everyone in Manoa and elsewhere is invited. For food or the show. Who cares about food in California?
