The Warriors gather at 5:30 in the morning ahead of the UH-supervised conditioning drills:

the “pic” showing players using the rope fills me hart with joy – and someone on this blog made fun of me when I suggested they use them to strengthen their grip, arms, and shoulders.
I use them every day at 24hr fitness.
