I think these guys should cool off with a try
    at the ice palace… 🙂

  2. Naks8 July 8, 2016 6:58 am

Way to put in work. Tui is looking really long. Overall it looks like our guys need to hit the weight room hard. Many guys have room to grow in that department

Good morning people, its a beautiful day in Hawaii Nei. Right now all things are possible for our football team and it WILL be better this year.

    Work, work, work!
    Work, Warriors, work!
    You cannot control the competition,
But you can control your preparation!
    Work it!

Excited to see the development of Padello and Look.

  6. al July 8, 2016 8:31 am

Z-man must have gained 25 pounds of muscle.

  7. Spartan01 July 8, 2016 9:32 am

Young Padello… Strong, bloodline. Great ohana

  8. Da Punchbowl Kid July 8, 2016 9:46 am

Great pics Stephen! Good work Warriors!

Patterson looks so athletic. Lotsa nice pics of him too.

    GO WARRIORS!!!

  9. amela July 8, 2016 10:11 am

Gettimg Padello and Look to walk on is a steal. Size probably cost them getting recruited by the big schools so we lucked out.

  10. amela July 8, 2016 10:11 am

    Oh and Nic Tom too.

  11. al July 8, 2016 1:08 pm

Also looking forward to the Harris and Holly show.

  12. al July 8, 2016 1:09 pm

Really anticipate greatness from John Ursua.

  13. al July 8, 2016 1:09 pm

Dakota looks like he has come to play.

  14. al July 8, 2016 1:11 pm

Hendrie looks like a left tackle.

  15. al July 8, 2016 1:12 pm

I agree…Nic Tom will make an impact before he is done.

  16. Jason Valentin July 8, 2016 1:45 pm

If we can get a QB to take control and be a leader, offense I think will have a lot of weapons! OL should be better. RB’s and WR’s loaded with talent! D is a little suspect I think but bottom line gotta execute! Can’t wait!

  17. Manoa Mist July 8, 2016 2:46 pm

Yeah I think Ursua is the real deal. Ulu Perry will be a player next year. Beyond that, with Kennedy breaking rocks on the chain gang, don’t see much on this team. Sorry boys please prove me wrong. We still going cheer and sign up for PPV. Go Bows!

  18. al July 8, 2016 3:23 pm

In defense of the defense…we might lack some foot speed in the secondary. Can’t coach that up, however, I am confident that Lempa will craft a blitzing defense to take away a second or two on pass defense.

I also trust Abe to improve technique back there .

  19. al July 8, 2016 3:23 pm

I believe that the online will continue to improve.

  20. Brad July 8, 2016 6:31 pm

    What happened to Timoteo?

  21. cappie the dog July 8, 2016 7:30 pm

I’m afraid that Stefan Jankovic is no longer with the Heat. I checked today’s box score and he’s not even listen in the DNP section.

  22. clyde July 8, 2016 7:43 pm

cappie: Janks was dressed and at the game today. Not sure why he didn’t play because the reserves got extended minutes. That’s the second game in a row Janks DNP. Heat begin play in Las Vegas tomorrow; let’s see if he gets in the game.

#20…..I think Tsai is trying to give us readers more variety of different players as possible. I remember seeing Kalakaua Timoteo’s picture the other day. Really no need to show him again. Glad Tsai is giving some of the walkons some “face time”. Laakea Look does look to have a D1 level body already.

  24. 3-Prong July 8, 2016 8:34 pm

Hey Mate, who’s ready to head Down Undah?……Cheeee!

  25. 3-Prong July 8, 2016 8:35 pm

    How’s my accent? hehe

  26. akuhead2 July 9, 2016 12:53 am

    #24. I think the H is silent. As in (H)ey Mate !
That said, I think Max (H)endrie looks like he might be a good canidate for defensive end. As he gets to know the game he might want to switch positions.

  27. Paniolo July 9, 2016 4:10 am

Usually when Fall practice opens, you have about or over a 100 players turning out for opening season training. But these very good pictures by Stephen Tsai’s only show just a handful Warriors turning out for training on their own. Just maybe the othes are training on their own elsewhere. But just imagine if every player that turning out for fall practice would be participating in the daily training with these Warriors who want to have a good winning season.
They faced the University of California Bears in the openor in Australia and who are rebuilding this year.

  28. Da Punchbowl Kid July 9, 2016 8:11 am

Spartan 01 – Is young Padello related to Raymond? He and his older brother look like they have the same build, motor and intensity as Raymond, a great player at PCHS in the day, and wonderful Pop Warner Coach more recently.

  29. Inyoface July 9, 2016 9:18 am

This off season is going by fast for some reason.
