Yep. He can throw. Well, upside down, at least.
    He’s the long-snapper.

I don’t think Chow’s recruiting was all that bad for the next HC coming in, just need to add in more depth. I do think Chow should have had a more experienced receiver’s coach like Ashlie Lelie or kept Rolo for that.

  10. A-House November 26, 2015 1:45 pm

our valley has seen 9 straight days of clouds, rain, and more rain – on Sunday afternoon wife and I went out to scrub off the reddish mold that grows on our decking – must be coming from a down neighbor whose white roof a few months ago in now covered in a deep, reddish muck

sunshine can be measured in itsy, bitsy, seconds and I keep believing in the weather report of clear, blue skies – bugga mus have bin tinking of Honolulu proper only!!

it was reported that Saturday will bring much needed sunshine to Oahu – especially on the windward side — maybe this is a “sign” that UH will prevail!!

now, a word of caution — do not hold your breath or you may suffocate!

Hope all the Tsaikos are having a relaxing day.

Hope the head Tsaiko is having a relaxing day.

Gobble till You Wobble and travel safely….even if they going have hard time taking you to jail, no drink too much!

A-House — I have the dark and light green mold growing on the driveway and concrete surfaces after all the rain. I use clorox bleach. Any bleach will do. Mix with some water or pour on wet surfaces. Scrub brush broom is helpful but a regular broom works too to distribute the bleach.

Haven’t posted much here during the season nor been to any games this year because I have to work nights now, I still support the Warriors. I still wear some sort of green and black shirt when I am working. I still have the Hawaii helmet antenna ball on my green truck. This has been a tough year for everyone around and within the Warrior football program. But those that stick it out and play and coach hard all the way to the end deserve our support and respect for what they have accomplished not only as an athlete but as a student and an individual. I wish all of them a Happy Thanksgiving, Merry Christmas and a Happy life.
    GO WARRIORS!

Although darknclouds remain over the football program at present, a new horizon is in front of us and there is light at the end of the rainbow. (Ho, symbolic eh!!! hehe). Fo real!

Just got back from Thanksgiving dinner at my aunt’s.

Regarding Ivin Jasper as Hawaii’s next head coach, my cousin, who is a really sharp dude, told me that he’d rather see another version of the pro-set than the flex-bone.

He is attending the Louisiana-Monroe/Hawaii game tomorrow.

He gets most of his entertainment from watching other spectators complain about Hawaii’s play-calling.

  26. Makai November 26, 2015 11:06 pm

Thankful for June Jones applying for UH job

  27. H-Man November 27, 2015 12:05 am

Just noticed that #65 Tui Eli missing in the O-line picture.

  28. Maddog50 November 27, 2015 4:28 am

Here hoping for support Saturday at the Final game for the players and the program. You have a chance to see both a win and the final chapter of the past 4 years-there is a nice pre game interview with Coach N and a few players who are Seniors-somewhat of a telling comment by JG regarding having a scaled back “simpler” defensive scheme. So many times I have seen complicated schemes and adjustments that cause a lot of confusion for a unit. I for one never could grasp what was going on on defense and it sure looked like I was not the only one! So I think emotions will be high and the Warriors put in a great effort to go out winners in resounding fashion-GO WARRIORS

  29. cappie the dog November 27, 2015 6:09 am

Someday, hopefully not so far in the future, the game that Hawaii plays will be the foremost one in people’s minds.

    C’mon, Kenny Niumatalolo.

Win this, and you’re in the conversation for National Coach of the Year.

It’s a shame that Houston fell to UConn last week.

The Midshipmen could have potentially been facing a top ten Cougars team.

A win over this hypothetical Houston team, and Army, would have propelled Navy onto the fringe of the final four. (They’d probably stall around seven, at best.)

  30. S.peezy November 27, 2015 6:31 am

    Happy thanksgiving!!!

  31. Old School Dave November 27, 2015 7:05 am

That’s a nice, new 40,000 seat stadium at Houston. Sold out stadium, to boot.

  32. Maddog50 November 27, 2015 7:13 am

Football Paradise all the national games 4 classes of HS Football today 4 tomorrow along with the full docket of college. Navy is gonna smoke Houston-Western Michigan vs Toledo Rockets right now and will catch the Boise SJSU this aft. Warriors will finish on a high note for sure-

  33. cappie the dog November 27, 2015 8:05 am

Two pass plays in one drive?

Ivin Jasper is sending Hawaii fans a secret message.

“Hey, we’ll pass the ball, too.”

  34. S.peezy55 November 27, 2015 8:14 am

    Wishing the team well tomorrow

  35. 808 November 27, 2015 8:49 am

30, lol. Two passing plays in one drive. I think UH WR’s would like more than two passes thrown their way. Of course, I know what you mean. Hawaii won with the option before. I think it can be a boring offense. But, who care’s. Just ask Navy. Winning takes care of everything.

I do think though if UH goes to the option, some of the WR’s and QB’s would transfer schools.

  36. Dennis Halloran November 27, 2015 9:35 am

De Ja Vu? There is a former Mater Dei QB doing well in JC and Like Colt would have three years to play. Jack Lowary is leading Long Beach City College in State JC playoff Semi Final and down the road MD has a freshman QB with 30 TD’s and 4 picks.

  37. 3-Prong November 27, 2015 9:43 am

Navy getting blown out. Down by 3 TDs in the 4th.

  38. z November 27, 2015 9:48 am

When good offense vs good offense the difference is defense.
