Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh knows his audience.

For today’s clinic at Saint Louis School, Harbaugh wore the jersey of the Crusaders’ most decorated football alumnus.

“I bought it from a street vendor in L.A. yesterday,” Harbaugh said of his Titans-blue Mariota jersey.

There were more than 250 participants at the clinics, in which the Michigan, UH and Saint Louis coaches served as instructors.

  4. Bowwar June 26, 2016 10:19 am

Rolo should have worn a Noga 54 uniform in honor of the band of brothers who Play Warrior!

  5. A-House June 26, 2016 10:24 am

more than 6 minutes have gone by, but only 26 seconds of the video!

the past years had very little impact on the outcome of the game — hope it
    ‘s different in 2016!!!!!!!!!

  6. A-House June 26, 2016 10:29 am

somewhat impressive to see the entire video without any stoppages – little different from past years.

last evenings sports on TV – I liked the Army’s response with their own Ha’a – few in numbers, but impressive!

at the bottom of yesterday blog where comments are made/submitted, the NRA had an advertisement – “CARRY CONCEALED weapon is a RIGHT”

I humbly disagree – it is a privilege, not a right! right to bear arms is a RIGHT.

So what do you call throwing a temper tantrum like a child in Congress because the majority voted against them. Same for the British, they held an approved legal vote and now the losers are throwing a temper tantrum. But I am more interested in Warrior football.

As a lurker, that was the best (scariest) Haka I have seen in my 15 years here.

Coach Rolo told the team to do the Ha’a like “you mean it.” Most impressive Ha’a I’ve seen of any Warrior football team. The soldiers were damn good also!

    Guud Afternoon Tsaikos…Bootiful Day!
Yup can’t view the video…but the ads run ok….hmmmm.
Anyhoo, one day closer to Warrior football!

  13. LizKauai June 26, 2016 3:02 pm

Yup. Warrior Football is in the minds and hearts again
I asked Coach Rolo to promise me one thing: not to run the ball up the middle on every first down.
This is going to be a good year, no matter what. Go Warriors!

    Warriors. Rolo. Ha’a. Wow.

A ha’a or haka is a projection of a warrior’s will, a call to the ancestors, a threat to one’s enemies. It is the motions of war, a call for strength in battle and an offering to the gods of war.

We’ve all seen haka performed where you can see that the dancers are just going through the motions. Not these guys.

Expressed properly, this haka, this war dance gives viewers and opponents a glimpse into a Warrior’s soul.

    I see you Warriors.
