To those who seriously think Nevada has good coaching and are going to be tough next year, hopefully you watched them play today.. Polian is terrible and Nevada may return played, but those players aren’t very good.

  8. SteveM December 20, 2014 10:38 am

and, we add our congratulatory remarks to all the student athletes who graduated from UH-Manoa today – it’s tough just being a student, but when you add in athletics it takes it to another level!

also, to all other graduates because it is a very tough road to drive!

  26. Old School Dave December 20, 2014 4:18 pm

Congrats to all of the grads.

Reports coming out that the entire CSU staff was fired, after their 45-10 Vegas Bowl loss to Utah.

  27. ai-eee-soos December 20, 2014 5:17 pm

Colorado State: After the Las Vegas Bowl, interim head coach Dave Baldwin told reporters the entire staff has received their termination papers.

The school clarified that this is a human resources step, and that it does not eliminate them at CSU.

In addition, The Coloradoan reports Notre Dame running backs coach Tony
Alford is no longer in the mix for the head-coaching job.

  28. BigFan December 20, 2014 5:18 pm

#26, OSD, they were probably fired because head coach moved on ?? Probably didn’t help that they got plastered.

  29. ai-eee-soos December 20, 2014 5:51 pm

San Francisco 49ers: ESPN’s Chris Mortensen reports the 49ers are expected to look for a young offensive specialist to replace Jim Harbaugh, mentioning

Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels and

    Broncos offensive coordinator Adam Gase.

  30. ai-eee-soos December 20, 2014 6:04 pm

Wisconsin: While defensive coordinator / linebackers coach Dave Aranda appears set to return to Wisconsin, nothing can be official until after the Dec. 29 deadline for assistant applications.

  31. PHIL December 20, 2014 7:13 pm

#7 “Jeezy33″…Yeah but Nevada was good enough to beat Hawaii; their secret weapon was UH Cornerback Na’Quan Phillips who got burnt on 3 “bombs” for TDs…and with a true freshman QB

  32. Da Punchbowl Kid December 20, 2014 9:16 pm

    Gratz grads!

    GO WARRIORS!!!
