Building the wall

The Warriors are living up to their pledge to build the wall.

On the glass wall in the football office’s hallway, Nick Rolovich commissioned Peterson Signs to imprint a mural of Warrior players. It’s an impressive display of art.

Ummmm…the image of hope and pride of the team is missing:
    The Rainbow
    🙁

Wow very impressive! Love the quote by the lockers too!

Nice. But, its too bad they could not have had pictures from all the different generations of UH Football. I remember from my day we had some really great murals of Scotty Voeller tearing up SC, Semeri breaking a wedge, a high-five (the first time I ever saw it done) between Blaine Gaison and Keoni Jardine….

    Boolakanaka:
    Oh, that’s coming.
They’re going to do something to honor the past.
But, well, they’re on a budget, so it’s one phase at a time.

ST….that would be great. So many great eras of UH football to display …..

Looking good! Rolo bringing life to the program! Go Warriors!

Great job Coach Rolo! GottAa love how he is recharging the program. Public needs to help as much as possible, instead of just watching and hoping for the best.

When UH attendance surpasses 30,000 under Rolo, this talk of a 30,000 seat stadium will be moot.

Super cool! Rolo keeps rollin’ on!

My wife and I gave a small donation to UH Football. We got a thank you card signed by Rolo. Coach does the little things that make a program big!

A 10-2 season would really push attendance to surpass 30,000. I’m an incurable optimist. Warriors will beat the Bruins. Go Warriors !!!

UH FOOTBALL GAME IN VEGAS NOV. 4 AND IN RENO ON OCT. 7.

I BOUGHT THE BEST 400 seats at the 50 yard line 10-21 rows behind our Warrior bench, for Hawaii fans ONLY (had to do this by putting a $5,000 deposit).

Contact me now to reserve your aisle seats or seats in row 21; which is right below the concourse–easy access to the restrooms & concessions!

Email me: tomkitaguchi@yahoo.com or text 415-324-0585

UH FOOTBALL GAME IN RENO ON OCT. 7.

I BOUGHT THE BEST 40 seats at the 30 yard line 17 rows behind our Warrior bench, for Hawaii fans ONLY.

It should be beautiful weather in Oct (happy we don’t play in Nov); heard they have a new coach that does the “air raid” pass happy offense; and they also return their outstanding RB in James Butler.

Nice! Would love to see the different eras as well.

On another note very worried about the Basketball Team! I think it’s official that Ganot cannot recruit. We are deep into the signing period and haven’t signed one player yet, yikes. We have 4 scholarships available and haven’t even used one yet. With the amount of needs we have and the playing time these potential recruits could get you wouldn’t think it would be too hard to get a guy to come be your starting PG from day 1. We need a starting PG, SF, and C, and we could use a upgrade at SG for that matter. But somehow we can’t get anyone to sign?! Wow

  13. Aaron May 8, 2017 2:46 pm

    AllG,
We didn’t even have any scholarships to give not too long ago.

  14. Aaron May 8, 2017 2:48 pm

I think part of why they don’t have more pictures of warriors past is that it is hard to get high resolution photos from back then that will print that large.

Stephen, is there a way that monetary donations can be made specifically fir the next phase in this project???

  16. AllG May 8, 2017 4:47 pm

    Aaron

We got 2 Schollies back at the end of the season when post season ban was lifted. We got two more scholarships back when two of our players left. So we have them for long enough. We have lost out on all our recruits we have brought in so far to other Big West schools who play out of high school type gyms. No excuse!

Go back to your village. They miss you

  21. islandman May 8, 2017 9:21 pm

15, UC Davis’ arena seats about 8.000, BYUs 19,000. CSUN, 2,400, but their coach is in the UNLV Hall of Fame, was drafted in Round 1 and played 13 seasons in the NBA.
