I had all 5 screens going at once and was toggling between them. First time since this sport has been a college sport have I watched an entire match like that. It was fun and annoying at the same time.

The #1 flight should have ended as well, but I guess they figured it was close to UCLA winning that flight to just end it.

Our #2, #3 and #5 look strong. Kaiwi is a great partner for Nikki. They play well together. Obviously, our #1 is strong, too. But other teams #1 seem to be stronger than ours. So, I think it will be the lower flights that win this whole tournament for us. Super excited we can actually win the national championship.

  12. warriorfan May 6, 2016 6:07 am

I thought they would have have put Katie/Emily at 2 but Nikki and Kaiwi look really good at 2 right now. We’ll see if Katie/Emily bounce back against the Seminoles.

    11. flight 1 did finish out 21-18, 21-19. UCLA wins. but UH had already clinched the dual 3-0

    12. Spieler-Maglio won at No. 1 last time they played the Bruins.
Taylor-Schucht at No. 2 had been the first Hawaii team to finish in the previous 3 match so obvious they are playing well.
