The new pairs are really working well. Amazing how important chemistry is.

Wish they had some kind of live telecast. To bad Boyan got into that accident. Hope she is well. Can’t wait for indoors to start already. I think Taylor and Mags will make AA for indoors this year.

Congrats to the wahine, first of many beach titles to come, especially with Morgan Martin and Emma Jones coming on board next season.
Hoping they can surprise next week, should be televised on tbs I can’t wait.

  12. warriorfan April 30, 2016 12:44 pm

Meant Emma Smith, who is the top player for the top pair for the top high school beach team in the country Mira Costa 🙂

    Yes! Congrats SandBows!

Didn’t know I could get so into a match just following the ‘live’ tweets. Here’s a shout out to Hawaii’s on-site social media reporter…thank you!

I’m keeping an eye on the Pac12 tournament … UCLA and Arizona are going at it now… http://pac-12.com/beach-volleyball/championships/scores

too bad home matches at Queens are done. Going and watch matches and body boarding in between was pretty cool. Especially last week the waves were awesome.

Congrats to the Beach ‘Bows! That trophy case is filling up fast, lets hope the Water Polo team can capture tomorrow as well.

I was curious if we had lost in the championship game, would we play LBSU in a winner take all being double elimination? Or was it modified into a tournament format? Thanks

UCLA’s recruiting lately has me a little jealous. Mosser, Light and Van Winden will be a deadly trio at the pins for them in the future.

  17. warriorfan April 30, 2016 4:26 pm

BTW Norene set her team to the quarters at JO’s, pretty amazing since they don’t really have the big time hitters most other teams have.

  18. Cindy Luis April 30, 2016 4:31 pm

15 it was a double-elimination tournament. Had they lost to the 49ers there would have been a deciding match.

    13. the Twitter Queen was former player Sammie Brown.

  20. warriorfan April 30, 2016 4:35 pm

Is Boyan traveling with the team to Alabama?

  21. Cindy Luis April 30, 2016 5:45 pm

    20. she is trying to get there. Hall wasn’t sure if she’d make it. still finishing up her master’s

  22. po'okela April 30, 2016 10:36 pm

I’m more afraid of ruddins shebby and their incoming freshman hitter rice at UCSB. that’s a deadly trio we have to see twice a year.

  23. warriorfan April 30, 2016 11:33 pm

Ruddins will she ever be healthy, she seems overrated like her sister, Rice is pretty good but small, Shebby is inconsistent. no reason to be afraid, hopefully the tip queens won’t be as bad as last year and hurt the wahine’s rpi though.

  24. po'okela May 1, 2016 2:48 am

you say that now. that’s a pretty awesome trio

  25. WaWa May 1, 2016 12:07 pm

    24. Not to mention transfer setter, Juley, from Wisconsin. I’m excited for UCSB and their influx of talent.
