Congrats, also to fomer warrior assistant Dan Fisher guiding the USA B/V squad to gold at the Pan American games over Brazil . IMO Fisher would be an excellent candidate for when Coach Shoji retires.

Congratulations to both USA women’s teams for beating Brazil and winning their respective tournaments. That was awesome. So Dan Fisher sounds like a good candidate to replace Shoji. Good idea, Warriorfan.

Did all winners take the money?

Ummmm….I hope not. That would disqualify Taylor from college athletics

    5. there are some rule changes in terms of these tournaments now. Not like when Carlos Briceno got suspended for playing in a beach tournament years ago, even though he took no money. but was playing with pros.

Top 3 got money. I know Spieler is making money on the beach in California and she is documenting her expenses so she retains her one year of eligibility.
All the Wahine were cleared to play. that includes Taylor, Maglio, Anderson.

    5. there should be plenty of excellent candidates when the time comes, including Fisher, Sealy, Wong … if they choose to apply.
