Colorado State and BYU are so over rated.
BYU has great terminators, but they were better last season, their other outside besides Hamson/Gray is just not very good and they have major setting issues.

Don’t know if someone already mentioned; Hawaii v. UCI to be streamed live on ESPN3 ( http://espn.go.com/watchespn/index#type/upcoming/sport/volleyball/ ) 4 pm HT.

thanks, heluhelu, i’ll be tuning in.

as for uc irvine, without bubica, i’m not sure uc irvine has it in them. even with bubica playing, it sounds like she may not be 100%. i mean, we all saw her in honolulu with a heavy knee brace. she wasn’t 100% then, and she was an effective hitter for them, until hawaii was able to slow/shut her down at the end of the match in their comeback in the 3rd set.

still though, this year’s hawaii team has been lackluster on the road.

  11. Wop ur jaws October 31, 2014 4:31 pm

UH is sucking, so many serving errors

  12. Wop ur jaws October 31, 2014 4:34 pm

WTH this what I mean. How are you going to loose this set? How? OMG, UH are zombies out there.

  13. Wop ur jaws October 31, 2014 4:36 pm

No leader that can lead by example. A lot of clapping and talking but no action.

  14. Beauston October 31, 2014 4:36 pm

Hawaii gave too many points away… missing way too many float serves… Are you kidding me?

  15. Beauston October 31, 2014 4:43 pm

    Hawaii needs to underarm serve

  16. Beauston October 31, 2014 4:46 pm

They do know UCI will keep tipping right? Or is shoji waiting to respond to that

  17. LanaiBoy October 31, 2014 5:10 pm

Obviously, UC Irvine is taking advantage of scouting reports that Hawaii is not very good in defending tips. Why Hawaii can’t come up with a strategy to defend tips, I don’t know. It has been a season long problem.
