Video: Destiny King to play for American Samoa

Destiny King will play for the American Samoa national women’s basketball team at the Pacific Games in Papua New Guinea.

King’s mother was born and raised in America Samoa. American Samoa team is in Pool B with Fiji, Guam and New Caledonia. King and her squad will begin pool play against Guam on July 3. American Samoa will take on Fiji July 5 and New Caledonia on July 6.
