U.S. upends Serbia in World League

Good win for the U.S. when defeating defending event champion Serbia 25-22, 25-23, 19-25, 25-22) in the second match on day two of the 2017 FIVB Volleyball World League Finals in Curitiba, Brazil on Wednesday.

The U.S. is atop Pool K1 with one win and 4 points, and advancing to the semifinals on Friday. The other spot will go for either France (2 points) or Serbia (none), which will meet Thursday.
