Condolences to Kim. This from a newspaper item.

The 3-year-old daughter for former Wahine All-American Kim Willoughby died Tuesday morning after slipping in the bath tub and hitting her head in Puerto Rico where Willoughby is playing professionally for Indias MayaGuez.

According to police reports, Willoughby was looking for a towel when her daughter slipped. CPR was performed but the toddler died.

Also, today: (checking if the Big West will go for it. I’m doubtful since it would be a cost issue and require video cameras.

A video review system to challenge calls in womenโ€™s volleyball will be in place when the 2016 season begins.

The NCAA Playing Rules Oversight Panel, which met via conference call Thursday, approved the proposed challenge review system as a rule in the sport for schools and conferences that choose to implement it.

Similar to other sports that currently use video reviews, the use of the challenge review system rule will be optional and is not required for competition. The rules do not define the camera type or the number of cameras that should be used, or where the location of the cameras should be.

The challenge review system was used on an experimental basis by the Big Ten and Big 12 conferences during the 2015 season. After the season, all coaches who experimented with the rule indicated that they were in favor of the challenge review system becoming a permanent rule.

Facts about the case were reported in Sultana news, town of Mayaguez.

Agent Felix Medina and Agent Jose Ruiz, in the solemn matter.

The SA isn’t responsible, say, for any of this girl’s demise, eh? Miller had a more gentile approach. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Very tragic incident regarding Willoughby. Not to start anything ugly but I hope for the child’s sake that PR authorities fully investigate incident. Being objective and not to be personal in anyway, statistics show that accidents like these are extremely rare and stories of abuse often are covered up by improbable alibis. Hope an investigation clears her and that this tragedy is an accident but Willoughby does has a documented history of physical violence and domestic abuse incidences in her past which I recalled after reading this story.

    3. no idea what you’re talking about. This is news and reported as such. If Ann were still working, she would have done the same.
the info I got was from another newspaper source.

    5. IMHO, no reason to bring that up or suggest that it was anything other than an accident.
You said ‘not to start anything ugly’ but didn’t you?
