I finally got to read yesterday’s paper. Great story on Anderson; please pass on compliments. I’d love to see her play libero more. I’d also love to see more inside stories like that on the other girls, particularly the newbies.

Just finished watching Long Beach vs. Davis, with the Beach sweeping in 3 on espn3. Sad match but both commentators where even worst. The guy knew little about volleyball and the gal was a former Beach player but added little. When asked what Davis could do better after the 2 set break, she said “I don’t know because I don’t know much about their system”. Oh yeah, Brian won his 800 win. Congrats coach. But hardly anyone in stands to celebrate his milestone victory! So very thankful for what we have. But these two espn3 commentators were the worst ever!
3 No kidding they were bad. LBS looks good. Wahine will have their work cut out for them.
UCI gets swept by CSUN, which had only won 1 game all season.
