The ACC sure has shown this weekend how overrated they are.
USC is good. Mick has really done a good job this off season in changing their system. Very fast. Very impressive. Playing BYU right now on the PAC12 network.
Oh…and Alexa Gray is not the same player that destroyed Hawaii in the second round a couple years ago. But still very good.
3. Actually the fact that Duke went to 5 at Long Beach without Emily Sklar, who was injured, doesn’t bode well for Long Beach. Sklar is really the only player for Duke that was impressive against the wahine.
#3 Emily Sklar, Duke’s AA Pin Hitter landed on her libero in set 1 and did not return for the rest of the match. If not, IMO, it is likely Duke would have beaten the Beach.
Oregon State-Idaho lasted 75 minutes.
