Rain delay
The Warriors’ first 7 a.m. practice of the summer was postponed because of storm-like conditions.
Today is the first day of UH’s fall semester. With the tight schedule of meetings and classes, the Warriors were seeking to reschedule practice to late afternoon.
In past years, heavy showers forced the Warriors to practice at their “indoor facility” — Klum Gym, which is now used for intramurals, HPER classes, and UH Lab School events. Klum’s pull-out stands are long gone, much like the BowZos.

Former UH assistant coach Chris Demarest was enjoying a lovely time at a country club when a helicopter landed on the property.

Watched the Tampa Bay game tonight. Joey Iosefa was so quick off the ball in their 4th qtr 1st and goal that the tailback could not keep up and the land Joey plowed closed up. So, will we see a bigger tailback (Joey) or get a tailback that can follow the bulldozer.

Well, time to get the binocular and rain gear ready for the Colorado game. Man, it’s pouring in Ewa right now. It hardly ever rains out here.
