UCI on the road and USC at home – great tests so early in the season! Taking at least one in each series would be a testament to the team’s focused work.
I think at home UH can win both from USC. I saw them against Pepp and UCI, and while they won both, I wasn’t super impressed. Micah’s serve will give UH fits though.
Well SC did beat Irvine which is all I need to know. UCI was amazing at the Stanley. But I noticed their 6’9″ outside ended the night with only 5-6 kills and he was unstoppable from the 3 meter line against the Warriors. And it doesn’t look like the UCI setter had the kind of serving nite against SC that he did against UH.
We’ll see what happens today and Friday It is the first road trip of the year. Good thing is they get a day in between.
